Stuffed rolls - Ljiljana Stanković

  • 500 gr. minced meat
  • 200 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 200 gr. flour
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of spice mix
  • 150 ml. milk
  • so

  • 100 gr. cheese
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 50 years prosciutto
  • 2 spoons of sour cream
  1. Soak the bread in milk and when it softens, squeeze out the excess milk and mix it with the meat.
  2. Add one egg, finely chopped onion, a mixture of spices, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix everything well with a blender until the mixture is combined.
  3. Cut the ham into small cubes and grate the cheese and eggs. Add the sour cream and mix the ingredients.
  4. Take the minced meat mixture and form balls.
  5. Spray a piece of baking paper with oil. Put one ball of minced meat on the paper, spread it with your hands, put the filling in the middle and roll it into rolls using the paper. Prepare all the rolls in the same way.
  6. Beat two eggs in a separate bowl. Roll the rolls in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on heated oil. Place the fried rolls on a plate lined with a napkin to absorb excess oil.
