Stuffed pork rolls - very tasty rolls.

  • 6 pieces of steak
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 0,5 teaspoons of pepper
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 100 g of cheese (in a piece)
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 200 ml of cubed soup
  • 500 g of tomatoes
  • olive oil if needed
  1. Pound the steaks with a meat mallet, season with salt and pepper, then spread with mustard.
  2. Put the ham on the steaks, and grate the cheese on top. Season each piece with torn basil leaves. Form the meat into rolls and stick toothpicks so that they do not open during frying.
  3. Heat the olive oil and bake the rolls, turning them constantly. Add wine and soups and simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
  4. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters, and add them together with the remaining basil to the pot with the meat after ten minutes of simmering.

  5. Take out the rolls, salt and pepper the tomatoes and serve together with the rolls, with the obligatory garnish of basil.
  6. If desired, you can add pasta or rice as a side dish.
