Stuffed fresh peppers - a very tasty and decorative appetizer. Whether you fill the peppers according to this recipe, or just layer a row of cheese, then a row of peppers, you will get a delicious appetizer that will fascinate everyone who sees it or tries it.

  • 4 pieces of paprika (different colors: red, orange, green, yellow)
  • 400 g of Srem cheese (instead of Srem, you can mix feta cheese with olive oil)
  • 2 small onions (smaller)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • pepper (to taste)
  • parsley leaf (finely chopped)
  • 100 g of smoked bacon
  • salt (to taste)
  1. In a medium-heated pan, fry the slices of smoked bacon until golden. Then take them out on a paper towel to drain. When the bacon is drained, chop it into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion, and crush the garlic with a hand press. In a mixing bowl, mix onion and garlic with cheese, add chopped bacon, ground pepper and chopped parsley.
  3. Stuff the peppers with the filling and put them in the fridge to cool and harden. Cool the peppers, and immediately before serving, cut them into rings and arrange them in a combination of colors. Pleasant.
If you don't have time for the entire preparation process, you can simplify it: arrange a row of cheese, a roll of paprika, bacon, or some other dried meat. Make a color combination.
