Stuffed zucchini.
Stuffed zucchini, ingredients:
- 4 pieces of larger zucchini for filling,
- 500 g of minced pork (or half pork and half beef mixed),
- 1 cup of 2 dl rice,
- 2 onions,
- 1 grated carrot,
- celery or parsley leaf,
- so,
- allspice, half a spoon,
- pepper a small teaspoon,
- water,
- 2 dl of pureed tomatoes.
For a thick sauce, you need 3 spoons of flour, half a spoon of allspice and water.
Stuffed zucchini, preparation:
- Clean the zucchini and cut each into 3 parts and hollow out each part so that the bottom remains.
- Make the filling by putting minced meat, cleaned and diced onion, chopped celery leaf, salt, pepper, allspice and rice in a deep dish and mix everything well.
- Fill the zucchini with the resulting filling and line a deep pan and pour water to cover the zucchini.
- Put to cook.
- When the tilkvices are cooked, add the pureed tomatoes and, if necessary, a little water and salt and let it boil.
- Put 3 spoons of flour and half a spoon of allspice in a bowl and add a little water, then whisk everything so that there are no lumps and pour it into the pan and let it boil for a few minutes so that the broth becomes thicker almost like a sauce.
