Stuffed zucchini with sour milk.

Stuffed zucchini with sour milk, ingredients:

  • 3-4 young, larger zucchini
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 kg of minced meat
  • meat inside the zucchini
  • 1/2 small cup of rice
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • Thyme
  • parsley
  • basil
  • dry spice
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • tomato juice
  • sour milk

Stuffed zucchini with sour milk, preparation:

  • Clean and wash the zucchini, then hollow them out. It will be easier for you to cut them in half or in three parts, if they are larger, and hollow them out with a small coffee spoon.
  • Wash again and arrange in the pot in which it will be cooked.
  • Fry a finely chopped onion in a little oil. When the onion becomes glassy, ​​add the minced meat and the "meat" inside of the zucchini, it will release some water, then continue to simmer.
  • Put the rice in a strainer and wash it under running water, then add it to simmer with the meat.
  • Season to taste, add a little basil, allspice, ground pepper, salt, thyme, parsley and leave to soak.
  • When the water has boiled, let it cool a little, then fill the zucchini.
  • Divide the tomato into 4-5 parts and close the zucchini. Pour water into the pan, up to half of the zucchini (I rinse the pan in which the filling was simmered and pour it all over the zucchini).
  • Cook for about 30 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
  • (If you want, make a splash and pour it over the zucchini or whisk 1-2 tablespoons of flour and pour it over, to make the sauce thicker.)
  • Pour tomato juice and parsley over it.
  • Serve with sour milk.
  • Pleasant!
