ingredients:
- 500 g of dates
- 100 g of chocolate
- 100 g of ground walnuts
- 2 spoons of powdered sugar
- 2 drops of milk
- 2 drops of rum
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Wash the dates and cut them lengthwise on one side, then remove the stone. For the filling, combine walnuts, sugar, milk and rum, and knead into a solid mass. Fill the dates, then press them a little with your finger in the place where they are cut. Dip in melted chocolate and arrange on cellophane to dry. If desired, you can put them in paper cupcake cases.
