Stuffed potato kebabs - potatoes in a different way.
- 500 years potatoes
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 0,5 bag of baking powder
- 250 years minced meat
- 0,5 piece of leek
- 100 years cheese
- flour (if needed)
- 200 years breadcrumbs
- so
- landing
- mayonnaise (a little, for garnish)
- mix of spices
- Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain and mash it.
- Add one egg and baking powder to the mashed potatoes, then add flour until a stiff dough is obtained.
- Fry the meat in a little oil, add the leek and fry it too.
- Cool, add grated cheese and spices and mix everything well.
- Make a large patty out of the potato dough and put a spoonful of filling on each patty. Cover the filling with dough and form a roll.
- Roll the stuffed rolls in flour, the remaining two beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Decorate the cooled rolls with mayonnaise.
