Stuffed buns - Marija Mirković
- 500 g of flour
- 200 ml of water
- 20 g of yeast
- a little salt (a little sugar)
- 50 g of margarine
- 1 egg
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 100 g of cheese
- 100 g of ham
- Make a dough from the above ingredients, let it rise. Roll out the dough into a large circle and cut circles with a large cup. Place a slice of tomato, a slice of ham, and a piece of cheese on one circle. Fold in a striped circle and connect the edges with a fork. So until the material is used up. Arrange in a greased baking sheet, brush with egg and bake for about 30 minutes. at 200 degrees.
