Stuffed muffins - Ivana Pešić
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 100 ml of oil
- 220 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 100 g of ham
- 100 g of cheese
- Russian salad

- Beat eggs, add yogurt and oil. Combine flour, salt, breadcrumbs, oregano and mix everything with the whipped mass. Chop the ham and grate the cheese and add to the mixture. Grease the springform pan, pour the mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Wait for it to cool and remove from the mold. Cut off the tops of the muffins, hollow them out a little, fill them with Russian salad, put in slices
