Stuffed clothespins - the taste of ham and melted cheese give the nibs an irresistible taste, crunchy and fine.

Stuffed popsicles, ingredients:

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 20 g of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 dl of milk
  • 1 dl of water
  • 300 g of flour
  • 100 g of sunkarica
  • 150 g of cheese
  • oil (for frying)

Stuffed popsicles, preparation:

  1. Dissolve the yeast with a little warm milk, sugar and a few tablespoons of flour.
  2. Leave for 5 minutes for the yeast to rise.
  3. Add salt, egg, flour, cheese cut into cubes, crumbled cheese, oil, water and mix everything with flour.
  4. Knead with a fork.
  5. Knead the dough with a food processor while adding flour.
  6. The dough should be thicker than for pancakes.
  7. It doesn't have to be mixed by hand - which I really like.
  8. Leave for 20 minutes for the dough to rise.
  9. Put to heat the oil.
  10. In the heated oil, use a ladle to remove the paste.
  11. Dip the kasika in hot oil so that it does not stick.
  12. There should be a full bowl of dough.
  13. Fry on both sides.
  14. For my serpica, 4 inserts were enough to fry at the same time, because if there were more, I wouldn't be able to turn them.
  15. Take out the breadcrumbs on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.
  16. They are enjoyed with milk, sour cream, yogurt or ajvar.
  17. Pleasant.
