Snail pizza - pizza in any form is welcome on our table. This time a slightly different pizza according to our Lana's recipe 🙂 The combination of pancetta, cheese, olives and oregano is really fragrant and crunchy. You should definitely try it, and you will already find your own combination.

  • 300 g of soft flour
  • 15 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 100 g pancetta
  • 100 g Gouda
  • 100 g of green olives
  1. Crumble the yeast, add sugar and lukewarm water and leave it warm for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients for the dough and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to double in volume.
  2. Grease a round baking sheet, diameter 26, with oil. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick rectangle, cut it into finger-width strips and twist them spirally. Arrange each spiral in the pan starting from the middle.
  3. Coat the prepared dough with oil, sprinkle with pancetta, cheese, olives and oregano. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees, put the pizza in the heated oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes until light brown.

Serve the still warm and crispy pizza with some sour-milk drink.
