Snail with pears.
Snail with pears, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 500 g of flour
- a bit of salt
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 21 g of yeast
- 1 egg
- 200 ml of lukewarm milk
- 100 ml of oil
To coat:
- about 10 spoons of jam to taste.
You still need about 6 small pears to press into the dough and 3 tablespoons of honey to pour over the baked dough.

- Add yeast and sugar to lukewarm milk, mix.
- Mix flour with salt, add oil and yeast, then knead the dough.
- Cover and leave in a warm place to rise.
- Spread the dough with a rolling pin and spread it with jam. Wrap in a roll, cut the roll in the middle.
- Grease and sprinkle with flour a round pan, roll the dough into a snail shape.
- Press the pears into the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes until nicely browned. Pour three tablespoons of honey over the still hot pastry.
