Snail with pears.

Snail with pears, ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 500 g of flour
  • a bit of salt
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 21 g of yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 100 ml of oil

To coat:

  • about 10 spoons of jam to taste.

You still need about 6 small pears to press into the dough and 3 tablespoons of honey to pour over the baked dough.

Snail with pears, preparation:

  • Add yeast and sugar to lukewarm milk, mix.
  • Mix flour with salt, add oil and yeast, then knead the dough.
  • Cover and leave in a warm place to rise.
  • Spread the dough with a rolling pin and spread it with jam. Wrap in a roll, cut the roll in the middle.

 

  • Grease and sprinkle with flour a round pan, roll the dough into a snail shape.
  • Press the pears into the dough.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes until nicely browned. Pour three tablespoons of honey over the still hot pastry.
