Snails with sausages and leeks - ideal for breakfast or dinner.

  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 kg of flour
  • 300 ml of water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g of margarine
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 spoons of sugar
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 piece of leek (larger waist, finely chopped)
  • 2 pieces of smoked sausage (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 180 ml of cream
  1. Put the yeast in a little warm water to leaven.
    Mix half of the flour, milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine and add the yeast that has risen. Add the rest of the flour and the rest of the water.
    Knead a smooth dough.
    Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to double in size
    During this time, finely chop the leek into sausages.
    pour the oil into the pan, and when it is hot, add the leeks and sausages.
    fry for about 5 minutes,
    Remove from heat to cool.

  2. When the dough has doubled in size, knead it and divide it into two parts.
  3. Roll out the first part of the dough with a rolling pin as thin as possible, cover it with half of the sour cream
    Spread half of the filling and roll it into a roll.
    Cut the leeks about 2 cm wide and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
    Repeat the same with the other part of the test

  4. Beat one egg and brush the chicken with a brush. Leave it in the pan for another ten minutes and put it in a heated oven to bake.
