Cracked cookies - cookies with a very interesting appearance and taste.
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 60 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of chocolate (melted)
- 200 g of flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
sprinkle
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 150 g of crystal sugar;
- Pour over the chocolate and let it cool a little
Pour flour, eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder into the mixing bowl.
Add melted chocolate and knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in a nylon bag and leave it in the refrigerator for at least three hours. - After that, tear the dough with your fingers the size of a smaller walnut.
Form a ball.
Roll each ball first in granulated sugar and then in powdered sugar.
- Arrange the biscuits in the pan.
Put the biscuits to bake for about 15 minutes at 15 degrees.
