for the dough:

  • 600 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 900 g of flour

for coating:

  • 250 g of margarine
  • 1 piece of yolk
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 30 g sesame
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 12 pieces of hot dog
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  1. Knead the dough from water, salt and flour. Knead the dough well and immediately roll out a large crust with a rolling pin. Grate all the margarine. Fold the dough first into three strips and then fold the dough in half on one side and then fold the other side over the first. You folded the dough as letter. With a knife, cut the edges on all sides in places where they are folded or folded. Cover the dough with a plastic bag and leave it to rest for at least 20 minutes. Due to natural fermentation, the dough is better and has bubbles if it stands or rests longer.
