Lean rose caramel cake (cubes) - the usual way of preparing rose cake is with walnuts and sugar, pink, glaze.

  1. Caramelize the sugar at a lower temperature.
  2. When it gets a nice brown color, add water, vanilla sugar and margarine cut into cubes.
  3. Cook until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Stir in the walnuts, and when the mixture has cooled a little, add the ground biscuits.
  5. Pour the warm mixture into 4-5 parts and file the cake/cake.

Notes

*Note: Whether a Rosen cake (any kind) will work for you depends a lot on the crusts - some are drier, some are softer. The crusts I use are usually a bit drier, so I adapted the ingredients to such crusts. If you want to use all the peels, increase the amount of ingredients proportionally.
