Recipe for a wonderful lunch - cannelloni with mushrooms. Prepare this delicious dish for lunch and you won't regret listening to us. It takes a little time to put in and have a fantastic lunch on the table.
Recipe for a wonderful lunch - cannelloni with mushrooms, ingredients:
- 20 pieces of cannelloni
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 1 dl of white wine
- 1 piece of onion
- 80 g of pancetta
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 200 g of cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 dl of milk
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of margarine
- 1 piece of egg
- 5 tablespoons of oil

Recipe for a wonderful lunch - cannelloni with mushrooms, preparation.
- Cut the onion and pancetta into cubes, the champignons into leaves, and chop the garlic as finely as possible.
- Crush the tomato peel, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Fry the pancetta, onion and garlic in a little oil, then add the mushrooms and fry them briefly.
- Then add white wine, tomato paste and spices to taste. Simmer at a moderate temperature until the excess liquid boils off.
- Leave the mushroom filling to cool, then add the grated cheese to it and mix.
- Fill the cannelloni with the prepared mixture.
- Prepare the béchamel separately: melt butter in a small bowl, add flour and fry briefly. Gradually add milk and cook with constant stirring until it thickens. Add egg, spices to taste to the cooled sauce and mix.
- Pour a little béchamel sauce into an oiled ovenproof dish. Spread the cannelloni over it and cover them with the remaining béchamel. Bake in a heated oven at 200 C until golden brown.
