Homemade bread recipe, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 50 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 ml of lukewarm water

Homemade bread recipe, preparation:

  • Put half of the flour in a large mixing bowl, add crushed yeast, oil, salt.
  • Knead the dough with lukewarm water, then gradually add the remaining flour.
  • Knead a fine, smooth dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  • Knead the resulting dough with the addition of very little flour, place it on parchment paper, sprinkle with flour, and put it together with the parchment paper in an earthenware container.
  • Leave the bread to rise for 60 minutes.
  • Bake the bread in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
