The recipe for tomato juice, with the addition of carrots, Mediterranean celery and ice, is the desire of all food lovers during warm, summer days. This tomato juice allows you to take in very useful and nutritious ingredients, but without increasing your calorie intake.

  • 4 pieces of tomato (medium size)
  • 1 piece of carrot (medium size, peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 stalk Mediterranean celery (chopped)
  • 0,25 tsp black pepper (ground)
  • 8 ice cubes (larger)
  • 0,5 piece of lemon (lemon juice)

  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  1. Wash the tomatoes well and cut them into quarters. Leave the sliced ​​tomatoes in the freezer to cool down well for 20 minutes.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender, except for the lemon juice and ice cubes. Add salt to taste, without exaggeration. Process on medium speed until you get a smooth mass.
  3. Add lemon juice and ice cubes to the juice mixture, and process at the highest speed for another 30 seconds, until the texture is completely soft.
  4. Pour tomato juice into chilled glasses and garnish with a fresh mint leaf or a piece of cherry tomato.
