Quince and apple balls, ingredients:
- 300 g of grated apples
- 300 g of grated quince
- 250 g of crystal sugar
- 100 g of crystal sugar
- About 30 paper baskets
- walnuts
Quince and apple balls, preparation:
- Put the quinces and apples (washed, cleaned, peeled and grated) and sugar in a saucepan and cook at a moderate temperature with constant stirring.
- When the mass is thick, the soldering iron leaves a mark on the bottom of the pan and the liquid boils, remove from the stove and cool.
- Form balls from the cold mixture with wet hands, roll them in sugar, put them in paper baskets and leave them to harden.
- Enjoy the taste!
