Hake from the oven, a specialty for Saint Nicholas, a Lenten dish.
Baked hake, ingredients:
• 2 kg of hake
• 200 g breadcrumbs
• 50 g of wheat flour
• a little bit of oil
• salt
• spices
Hake from the oven, preparation:
Cut the fish, add salt to taste and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then roll in a mixture of flour, breadcrumbs and spices. Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper. Put a drop of oil on each piece. Bake in an oven heated to 200 C until golden brown. Pleasant!
