Italian-style grilled chicken, ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast (boneless fillet, 4 pieces single, or 2 double)
  • sea ​​salt (a little)
  • pepper (a little)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 piece of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 600 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g of arugula

Italian-style grilled chicken, preparation:

  • Buy boneless chicken breast fillets (2 double, or 4 single). Wash well, and leave to drain well on a paper towel. Thin with a meat mallet. The thickness should be about 1 cm. Place the chicken breasts in a mixing bowl and pour over and rub in half the lemon juice. Cover the dish with plastic self-adhesive foil and leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, and if you have time, leave it for 4 hours.
  • Grill on a medium-heat grill or grill pan for 5-10 minutes (2-3 minutes on each side). Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preparation of the salad dressing: in a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, finely chopped garlic and the remaining lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until the mass is even.
  • Baked chicken breast fillets, serve warm. Serve on a large plate. Place arugula leaves and cherry tomatoes next to the meat, and cover with dressing. You can also decorate with lemon slices. To taste, you can pour extra virgin olive oil and add grated parmesan cheese over the salad.

Chicken with mustard and sesame – This recipe serves a meal for 3 people, very easy to prepare, yet very tasty.

Chicken meat is a healthier option than other types of meat: it contains optimal amount of proteinsit is easily digestible and it has high biological value.

Sesame seeds originate from tropical Asia and South Africa. It is an annual plant and in 3-5 months of growing it reaches a height of up to 2 meters. The fruit are pods, which contain a large amount of seeds.

It is grown for seeds mostly in China, India, Sudan and some other countries. The seeds contain 45-60% oil, which is used for cooking, salads and for the production of margarine. The seeds are also rich in protein and are considered a favorite food in Oriental and North African countries. It is used in the bakery for sprinkling pastries.

By combining these two main ingredients (with the addition of a little mustard), it is obtained extremely nutritious and interesting combination for a quick lunch, which is ready very soon.

Chicken with mustard and sesame, ingredients:

  • 600 g chicken fillet
  • so

  • 3 spoon of mustard
  • 1 spoon of soy sauce
  • olive oil

Chicken with mustard and sesame, preparation:

  • Cut the white meat into cubes and coat them with mustard.
  • Pour the oil into the pan and heat it. Spread the pieces of meat evenly in the pan and fry them until they are golden yellow.
  • Add soy sauce.
  • Add 0,5 dl of water to the pan and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Take out the meat in a separate container.
  • Heat the oil again and fry the sesame seeds for about thirty seconds.
  • Return the meat.
  • Finally, add the garlic.

Chicken ala Maca, ingredients:

  • 300 g fusilla pasta
  • 1 package of mixed Mediterranean vegetables - frozen package
  • 300 g of white chicken meat
  • 50 g of smoked bacon
  • 20 g of fat
  • 3 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons aceto balsamic
  • so
  • beaver
  • 1 pinch tarragon (or rosemary)
  • 2 dcl of water
  • 5 dcl of olive oil

Chicken ala Maka, preparation:

  • Bring the water to a boil in a deep pot and add the fusilli to cook with a little salt and olive oil - it takes about 15 minutes to cook them well.
  • While the fusilli is cooking, cut the bacon into small cubes. Cut the white chicken meat into small cubes.
  • Put the fat and olive oil in a wok or deep pan to heat up a little, add the bacon and as soon as it starts to "sizzle" add the chicken white meat. Fry for a short time, so that the white meat turns brown - stir constantly. Frying time about 5 min in hot fat. Before removing from heat, add balsamic and soy sauce, tarragon or rosemary, stir and remove from heat. Remove the meat and bacon with the fat into a bowl.
  • In the same pan, put the frozen Mediterranean mixture and a glass of water. Add a little salt. Let it simmer until the water evaporates, then leave it for another 2 minutes, with constant stirring, to fry slightly and add a little ground pepper.
  • The dough is almost finished. Now mix the meat and vegetables in a bowl.
  • Drain the pasta and pour into a serving bowl. Pour the meat and vegetable mixture over it and mix gently.
  • Decorate as desired. I used baby carrots and yellow cooked carrots and peas.
