A baked omelette is a great choice for breakfast!
- 8 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 0,5 teaspoons of sea salt
- 100 g of cooked ham
- 0,5 cup cheese (or any hard yellow cheese, grated)
- 0,5 cup mozzarella (torn into smaller pieces)
- 1 tablespoon of dried onion
- Preheat the oven to 175 C.
- Beat the eggs well and add all the other ingredients. Pour into an ovenproof baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
