I like to prepare this chicken for my guests because everyone is surprised by the taste of the chicken fillet dish.

Baked chicken - chicken prepared this way is juicy, soft and melts in your mouth.
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1 piece of onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- oil (a little)
- dry herb seasoning (to taste)
- mustard (if needed)
- 1 bunch of parsley leaves
- 150 ml of sour cream
- 100 g of gouda
- Fry a head of finely chopped onion in oil,
- Add champignons cut into leaves and grated carrot.
- Fry everything well to boil the liquid, season to taste,
- Add garlic, finely chopped parsley and sour cream.
- Chicken white meat /filet/, cut into thin steaks,
- Coat each one with a little mustard, roll in flour on both sides and fry in hot oil for 5 minutes.
- on both sides.
- Grease an ovenproof dish, spread the champignons on the bottom, and place the chicken white meat on top.
- Grate the Gouda over the meat, flatten everything and bake in a heated oven for about 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
