Fried pork liver in tomato sauce - delicious!
- 400 g of pork liver
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 dl tomato sauce
- 2 spoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 0,5 piece of bell pepper (fresh red)
- 1 piece of soup cube

- 1 tablespoon mixed spices

- black pepper (ground)
- Mix the flour with the ground red pepper.
- Cut the liver into pieces, roll it in flour and fry it briefly in oil, then take it out on a plate.
- Add more oil to the pan and fry the onion that you previously chopped finely.
- Add fresh red pepper cut into strips and fry everything together. Add tomato sauce and cubed soup.
- Return the liver and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper and add the spice mix.
- Serve while warm with mashed potatoes.
