Pie with greens can be prepared in various ways. This time I came up with the idea of seasoning it with roasted sesame seeds and garlic. A great combination.
- 1 cup wheat semolina
- 1 cup flour (type 500)
- 0,5 cup sesame seeds (roasted)
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 0,66 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- garlic (powdered, to taste)
- 200 g of cream cheese
- 2 bunches of greens (blanched and chopped)
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Add the liquids (eggs, oil and yogurt) and beat the mixture.
- Stir in the cheese and greens.
- Bake the pie in an oven heated to 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
