Potato and zucchini moussaka - this is my way of preparing moussaka when zucchini is in season.
- 300 g of minced mixed meat
- 500 years potatoes
- 1 piece of zucchini (smaller)
- 1 piece of onion
- dry herb seasoning (to taste)
- beaver
- milk (a little)
- parsley (any leaf)
- Fry the onion head in a little fat, add the meat, salt, spices, pepper, and sauté until the meat is done.
- In a greased pan, arrange potatoes and zucchini cut into circles and salted, then a row of meat, a row of potatoes with zucchini, meat and finally potatoes with zucchini.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with water and milk.
- Boil all that and when the potatoes are soft, bake in the oven at 200C until the dish is golden brown.
