The fastest dumplings with plums - quick, simple and delicious dumplings with plums.
Dough for dumplings:
- 120 g puree from a bag
- 400 ml water (cold)
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g of flour
Crumbs:
- stale bread for crumbs
- landing
- sugar
- Use the dumpling ingredients to make a medium-hard dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Wash and dry the plums, preferably tart because they are the tastiest and just small enough so that your dumplings are not too big. I leave them whole, and you can remove the stone and put a small cube of sugar in it.
- Put water in a deep pot to boil while you make the dumplings.
- Tear off walnut-sized balls with your hands, spread the dough in the palm of your hand, insert the plum and roll to make a ball.
- When the water boils, lower the prepared dumplings and cook them for about 10 minutes or until they float to the surface.
- Fry the grated old bread in the oil until you get golden crumbs.
- Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon, place them in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with fried crumbs.
There is no longer a long process of preparing dumplings. In 1 hour the delicacy is on the table. Serve while still warm with sugar and cinnamon to taste. You get 30 dumplings from this quantity.
