Cracked buns with cheese and spinach - Milica Živković - Recipes and Cookbook online

Crispy buns with cheese and spinach.

Cracked buns with cheese and spinach, ingredients:

  • 450 g of flour,
  • half a cube of yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 2 haha,
  • 0,75 dl of oil,
  • 2 dl of milk.

Filling:

  • 250 g of small cheese,
  • 100 g of chopped spinach.

Reckave muffins with cheese and spinach, preparation:

  • Add yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of flour to the warm milk. Mix and leave for 10 minutes for the yeast to rise.
  • Put flour, salt, 1 egg, oil in a mixing bowl and knead with the added yeast. Let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
  • For the filling, beat the cheese and spinach and, if it is not salty, add salt.
  • Divide the dough into 8 balls.
  • Roll each ball into a rectangle with a rolling pin. On the narrow side, place the filling across the entire width and cover it with the dough. Cut the rest of the dough to the end into 1,5 cm strips and roll the whole dough into a roll. Do the same with the other balls.
  • Place the muffins in a tray with baking paper or grease it with margarine. Beat the egg and coat the buns and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • The muffins are a little bigger, they can be made smaller if desired. They are soft and delicious.
