Reform of the hazelnut bar.
Reform bars with hazelnuts, ingredients:
For the crusts:
- 12 egg whites
- 12 spoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 360 g of ground hazelnuts
- 60 g of chopped hazelnuts
For the filling:
- 12 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 13 spoon of sugar
- 200 g of chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 150 g margarine
To decorate:
- 100 g of chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Reform bar with hazelnut, preparation:
- Beat 6 egg whites with 6 spoons of sugar, add 1 spoon of flour, 1 spoon of oil, 180 g of ground hazelnuts and 30 g of chopped hazelnuts. Mix lightly with a whisk.
- Pour into a pan (35x25cm), greased or lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes in an oven heated to 200 C.
- Make 1 more crust in the same way.
- Beat the egg yolks and 1 egg well with sugar, pour into a saucepan and steam for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Towards the end of cooking, when the fudge starts to leave a mark on the bottom of the pan, add the cooking chocolate and stir until it melts. Beat the butter and margarine, then mix with the well-chilled filling.
- Put the crust on the tray, over the filling (3/4 of the total amount), then the second crust and the remaining filling.
- Put it in the fridge to harden, then cut the bars into the desired size.
- You can serve or melt the chocolate with oil and decorate the bars.
