Reform cake - Zorica Stajić - Recipes and Cookbook online

- 10 egg yolks
- 230 g of sugar
- 80 g of chocolate (for cooking)
- 250 g of margarine
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat the egg whites with a mixer for about 2-3 minutes, then add the sugar. Beat for another 3-4 minutes, then gently stir in ml with a whisk or spoon. nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the largest rectangular oven tray you have, which you have previously covered with parchment paper. Bake for about 25 minutes, depending. Cool the baked crust and cut lengthwise three times so that you get 4 crusts.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar for about 3 minutes and then place the bowl in a larger bowl of boiling water. Steam the egg yolk, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken…
- Add the chocolate and when it melts, remove the cream from the heat. Add margarine to the lukewarm cream and beat everything with a mixer until foamy.
Fill each crust with the resulting cream, leaving a little cream on top and on the sides. Sprinkle the top of the cake with finely chopped walnuts.
