Shredded salad - Ivana Pešić
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 6 large sargareps
- 1 head of lettuce
- 6 eggs
- 400 ml mayonnaise
- 200 ml sour cream
- 4 price of garlic
- dry herbal spice
- Grate potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cut the lettuce into strips.
- Separately prepare the topping: beat sour cream and mayonnaise and add finely chopped garlic.
- Drain the tuna from excess fat.
- In a glass dish, arrange alternately a layer of grated potatoes, a little dressing, a layer of tuna, dressing, a layer of sorghum, dressing, a layer of lettuce and egg mixture, dressing. Repeat the procedure once more.
