Roasted liver.

Roasted liver, ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • allspice, salt, pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 kg of pork liver

Roasted liver, preparation:

  • Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in a little fat until it becomes glassy.
  • The liver that you previously cut into slightly thicker noodles (to make it softer), throw it on the onion and simmer gently until the blood stops appearing from the liver, put one clove of garlic that you just crushed and some allspice - enough to be satisfied with the color.
  • Feel free to add some soup, preferably homemade, but even a cube stirred in water is not unacceptable. Add some freshly ground pepper to all that and lunch is ready.
