Medicinal properties of turmeric

Turmeric is one of the most powerful natural remedies. The active medicinal ingredient in turmeric is called curcumin. The medicinal properties of this spice have been gradually revealed over the centuries, and it has long been confirmed that turmeric has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Medicine against flu and cold

This natural antibiotic has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, which, in addition to strengthening immunity, kills bacteria and causes of disease. It does not cause side effects for your digestion and intestinal microflora, so it is completely safe to use.

Turmeric contains curcumin, a polyphenol, an active ingredient that has over 150 therapeutic properties. By consuming honey and turmeric, you improve digestion and increase the number of good bacteria in the intestines.

Ingredients: 100 g of honey, 1 spoon of turmeric powder.

Mix both ingredients so that they are completely combined and pour them into a clean jar. As soon as you notice the first symptoms of a cold or flu, take the medicine as follows:

First day: take half a teaspoon of the medicine every hour.
Second day: take half a teaspoon every two hours.
Third day: take half a teaspoon three times a day.

It is preferable not to swallow the medicine immediately, but to leave it in the mouth until it dissolves. Many say that after three days of taking this medicine, all symptoms disappear, and for easier consumption, you can add it to warm milk or tea.
