Fish "Orli" - pieces of fish can be cut according to your choice, into pieces or sticks, the choice is yours.
- 500 g. catfish fillet
- 300 g. flour
- 2 dl. beer

- Cut the catfish fillets into strips and salt. Separate some flour for rolling the fish, and mix the rest with beer.
- Roll each strip of catfish in flour, then dip it in the beer mixture and lower it into hot oil to fry on both sides.
- Place the fried fish on a napkin to absorb excess fat.
