Fish soup - Zuzana Grnja
- 1,5 kg of mixed river fish
- 3-4 heads of onion

- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 spoons of paprika
- 5 dl of cooked tomatoes
- 1 bag of fish broth additive
- 2 dl of white wine

- bay leaf to taste

- Clean the fish and cut off the head, the back part with the tail and the part of the meat around the stomach.
- Then sauté finely chopped onion and garlic with greens cut into rings.
- Add salt to taste, add a bay leaf, peppercorns and continue stewing for another half hour.
- Pour 2-3 liters of cold water, add the paprika mixed with a little water, pour in the wine and finally add the sliced fish.
- Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. Add cooked tomatoes and seasoning for fish stew prepared according to the instructions on the bag.
- Increase the heat, and when it boils, let it boil for about 15 minutes.
- Add hot pepper or wine vinegar to taste.
