  • 5 dl of cooked tomatoes
  • 1 bag of fish broth additive

  1. Clean the fish and cut off the head, the back part with the tail and the part of the meat around the stomach.
  2. Then sauté finely chopped onion and garlic with greens cut into rings.
  3. Add salt to taste, add a bay leaf, peppercorns and continue stewing for another half hour.
  4. Pour 2-3 liters of cold water, add the paprika mixed with a little water, pour in the wine and finally add the sliced ​​fish.
  5. Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. Add cooked tomatoes and seasoning for fish stew prepared according to the instructions on the bag.
  6. Increase the heat, and when it boils, let it boil for about 15 minutes.
  7. Add hot pepper or wine vinegar to taste.
