Fish specialty - an excellent roll for fast days and holidays.
- 4 pieces of pickles
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds (roasted)
- 150 g margarine
- 1 piece of wafer (large sheet)
- 1 can of tuna (chunks)
- 200 g of marinated mushrooms
- 100 g lean mayonnaise
- 50 g of lean cheese
- Beat margarine with mayonnaise and add chopped marinated mushrooms, chopped cucumbers, sesame seeds and tuna drained of fat.
- Beat everything well, file it, let it rest for the wafer to soften and roll it into a roll.
- It is not necessary to soften the wafer sheet separately with a cloth because these lean ingredients soften it. Spread a thin layer on the roll with mayonnaise and sprinkle with lean grated cheese.
- Place the roll in the fridge to firm up.
- The next day, cut and serve. I marinate the mushrooms myself because it's much cheaper.
