  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g of rice
  • 1/2 l cube soup
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 150 g of blue cheese
  • 1 dl sweet sour cream

  1. Melt a spoonful of butter in a pan, stir-fry the rice briefly, then pour hot soup and add lemon juice. Stir, cover the pan and cook for twenty minutes on the stove.
  2. In the meantime, put another pan over a pot of boiling water and melt the remaining butter and blue cheese cut into pieces.
  3. Add lukewarm cream, salt and pepper and mix most of it with cooked rice. Pour the risotto into a serving dish and pour the rest of the sauce over it.
