Risotto with blue cheese - an interesting taste...
- 125 g butter
- 250 g of rice
- 1/2 l cube soup
- juice of half a lemon
- 150 g of blue cheese
- 1 dl sweet sour cream
- so

- Melt a spoonful of butter in a pan, stir-fry the rice briefly, then pour hot soup and add lemon juice. Stir, cover the pan and cook for twenty minutes on the stove.
- In the meantime, put another pan over a pot of boiling water and melt the remaining butter and blue cheese cut into pieces.
- Add lukewarm cream, salt and pepper and mix most of it with cooked rice. Pour the risotto into a serving dish and pour the rest of the sauce over it.
