Recipe for risotto with vegetables and prosciutto - my husband is a risotto fan. Here is today's special for our daughter.
- 1 handful of baby carrots
- 0,125 piece of red pepper
- 1 handfuls of rice
- 1 handful of sweet corn
- 1 handful of young peas
- 2 pieces of prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- beaver
- ginger
- parsley
- spices (to taste)
- 20 g of cheese (narendan, edamer or gouda)

Fry the pepper cut into small cubes in a deep pan in a little coconut oil, then pour a glass of water and add all the ingredients and cook until the turnips and rice are ready on medium heat.

If necessary, add a little water and cook until the water evaporates.

Add the spices of your choice and stir to combine.

Pour into a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Top everything with prosciutto and serve.

If you give it to children, check whether the risotto has cooled down before serving.
