Risotto with greens - I don't need to write about greens because you all know them very well. If you are a fan of greens, you can also prepare it this way.
- 100 g whole grain rice (or as needed)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 50 g of onion
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 3 links of desire;
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- pepper (to taste)
- Wash the rice well and cover it with three times the amount of water.
- Cook it at a lower temperature.
- The cooking time depends on the type of rice (about 20 minutes).
- While the rice is cooking, fry the onion in oil until golden brown. Wash the greens and chop them into larger pieces.
- When the onion is ready, add allspice, chopped garlic and greens. Simmer until the greens are soft - about 5 minutes.
- Add rice, pepper and salt.
- Mix it up.
- Decorate with allspice and herbs.
