Risotto with greens - I don't need to write about greens because you all know them very well. If you are a fan of greens, you can also prepare it this way.

  • 100 g whole grain rice (or as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 50 g of onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 3 links of desire;
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • pepper (to taste)
  1. Wash the rice well and cover it with three times the amount of water.
  2. Cook it at a lower temperature.
  3. The cooking time depends on the type of rice (about 20 minutes).
  4. While the rice is cooking, fry the onion in oil until golden brown. Wash the greens and chop them into larger pieces.
  5. When the onion is ready, add allspice, chopped garlic and greens. Simmer until the greens are soft - about 5 minutes.

  6. Add rice, pepper and salt.

  7. Mix it up.
