Minced meat roll with smoked cheese - Zuzana Grnja
- 500 g of mixed minced meat
- 100 g of smoked cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 spoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of crushed paprika
- 1 tablespoon of spice mix
- teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 egg
- a little oil
- fresh parsley leaf
- salt and pepper to taste and as needed
- Finely chop the parsley and place in a large bowl. Add minced meat, baking soda, spices, crushed pepper and a mixture of spices. Add salt, pepper, add egg, finely chopped onion and garlic and mix into a compact mixture.
- Coat the aluminum foil with oil, put the prepared mixture and form a rectangle 5-7mm thick by hand. Then arrange the slices of smoked cheese and roll them up.
- Coat the refractory dish with oil, put the roll and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- Cool the baked roll a little and cut it into pieces. Serve warm, with mashed potatoes and boiled cauliflower.
