Radish roll - Ivana Pešić
- g bark: 250 ratluka
- 250 g of powdered sugar
- g filling: 100 sugars
- 50 ml of water
- 200 g of ground biscuits
- 50 g of cooking chocolate
- Chop the radish and mix it with powdered sugar. Roll out the obtained 'dough' with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape with a thickness of 3 mm. For the filling, mix sugar and water. Remove from heat, add biscuits and chocolate. Stir well so that the chocolate melts and all the ingredients are combined. Spread this filling over the entire surface of the stretched crust. Wrap it in a roll and let it rest for a couple of hours
