Spinach roll - soft and juicy. An indispensable detail of every festive plate. Scheduled for Sunday!

For the crust:

  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 spinach briquettes (frozen)
  • 0,5 bag of baking powder

For the filling:

  • 200 g of cheese
  • 150 g of Prague ham
  • 0,5 glass of sour cream
  • pepper (to taste)
  1. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat them until stiff. Add salt and egg yolks and continue beating until you get a foamy mixture.
  2. Turn off the mixer and add oil, flour mixed with baking powder and spinach. Gently mix the mixture with a pressure cooker, pour it into a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake. Bake at 200 C for 10 minutes until golden brown. Place the baked crust on a cloth and roll it up while still hot.
  3. While the crust is cooling, make the filling. Combine the cheese and cream and mix with a mixer at the lowest speed. Add pepper. Spread half of the filling on the cold crust, spread the entire rings of Praska sunka, then the rest of the filling. Roll everything together in a roll. Wrap in foil and leave for 3 hours for the ingredients to combine and the roll to cool well.
