Roll with beets - this recipe is an excellent choice for breakfast, for those who are on a chronic diet. But that's why those who are not on a chrono diet can eat it whenever they want.

Pattern ingredients

  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g of flour
  • green food coloring (any)
  • 1 egg white

Ingredients for the crust

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • a bit of salt
  • 1/2 baking powder

Ingredients for the filling

  • 200 g of ricotta cheese
  • 100 g of chicken breast
  • 1 small beetroot

Preparation for patterns

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the saree well, pour it into a cake decorating tin and spread it on baking paper. When it's ready, put it in the freezer to harden, until the mixture for the crust is pressed.

  1. Beat the egg whites into stiff snow, add the egg yolk, a little salt and finally add the flour with baking powder. Mix everything slowly with a spatula and combine. Then carefully put it over the sar that you kept in the freezer and put it in a heated oven to bake at 180C/10 minutes
