Roll with jam and chocolate - Slađana Šćekić
- 4 eggs
- 4 spoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 bag of pastry
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 spoon of cocoa
- File:
- 4 tablespoons of jam (I used plum jam)
- 100 tablespoons of melted chocolate or 2 large cocoa creams
- Beat eggs with sugar, then add flour, breadcrumbs and oil, divide the mass in half and add cocoa to one part. Pour the white mixture diagonally into the baking tray, then the black mixture. Bake at 200.C for about 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate, then add the jam and mix everything, fill the roll immediately and roll it into a roll. Decorate as desired.
