Biscuit roll - For unexpected unannounced guests... a quick sweet and very tasty...
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 4 spoons of sugar
- 4 spoons of flour
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 2 spoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons milk (cold)
- 1 spoon of cocoa
File:
- 300 ml of milk
- 1 bag of pudding (banana flavor)
- 8 spoons of sugar
- 100 g margarine (or butter)
- 100 g of biscuits
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of plum jam (use whatever you have)
- Beat eggs with sugar and add flour, cocoa, pastry, milk and oil to the resulting mixture
- pour into the pan.
- Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
- As soon as the crust is baked, immediately roll it into a roll and leave it aside to cool while we prepare the filling.
Preparation of the filling:
- Bring the milk and sugar to a boil (leave 4-5 tablespoons of cold milk to whip the pudding), then add the whipped pudding... cook until the filling thickens.
- Add 100 g of white chocolate and butter to the hot filling, mix everything, then add the broken biscuits.
- Spread the cooled crust with jam and put the hot filling on top... roll it up and let it cool down....
