Roll with banana cream - Ivana Pešić
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g ground biscuit
- 2 wafer sheets
- 8 cream bananas
- Beat margarine with powdered sugar, add eggs and beat for another 5 minutes. Add ground biscuit. Wrap the wafer sheets in a damp cloth. Coat the wafer sheets with filling, put 4 bananas on each one and roll it up.
