Roll with ground turkey - this roll has an advantage because it can be made with chicken, although with turkey it has a special taste and smell... highly recommended...

roll:

  • 500 g of turkey meat (minced)
  • 1 onion (grated)
  • 2 garlic cloves (grated)
  • 2 spoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon allspice (dry)
  • 0,5 teaspoon pepper (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper (crushed (hot))
  • 2 pieces of carrot (2 smaller or one larger)
  • 0,5 bags of baking powder
  • 2 spoons of mustard

Side dish:

  • 500 g potatoes (cut)
  • 2 pieces of carrots (larger, cut into rings)
  • 2 tablespoons allspice (dry)
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon pepper (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric (powdered)
  1. Combine ground turkey meat (both white and drumsticks) with egg, spices, grated cheese and garlic.
    Add the breadcrumbs, baking powder, mix everything well, then spread the meat thinly on oiled foil. Spread the thinned meat with mustard, then arrange the cooked carrot, slowly roll up and wrap the roll in foil.
    Place the roll in an ovenproof dish and arrange the side dish of potatoes and carrots around the roll.
    Bake for 1 hour at 180°C
