Roll with ham - a delicious appetizer or a good breakfast, another old recipe from the family cook.

  • 400 g of milk
  • 125 g of butter (or margarine)
  • 100 g of sharp flour
  • 5 pieces of eggs

File:

  • 300 g of ham
  • 150 g of sour cream

For sprinkling:

  • 150 g of cheese
  1. Heat milk and butter on medium temperature. When it boils, with constant stirring, add coarse flour. Cool to room temperature.
  2. When the mixture has cooled to room temperature, add the beaten eggs to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Bake in a greased baking tray at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, until it turns golden brown. Check with a toothpick whether the mass is baked.

File:

  1. Chop the ham and mix it with the sour cream.
  2. Fill the roll with 1/2 of the mass, then roll up the roll. Coat the roll with the rest of the mixture. If you prefer the roll to have more filling, fill with the entire amount, without coating the outside.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Serve chilled. Pleasant!

If you prefer a roll with spinach or greens, add 400-500 g of young spinach or greens instead of ham. Before filling, boil and chop the spinach or greens and season with salt and pepper to taste.
