Pepper rolls - both the taste and appearance of the rolls are worth the effort...
- 4 large roasted peppers
- 16 thin sheets of ham
- 1 small green salad
- 180 years cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel
- basil
- Origan
- mix of spices
- 100 g. pitted olive
- Clean the stems and seeds from the roasted peppers, then cut lengthwise into quarters.
- Clean the salad and cut it into wider strips.
- Separately combine cream cheese, juice and lemon peel. Add oregano, basil and spices to taste and mix.
- Drain the pepper strips well.
- Place ham leaves over the pepper slices, cover them with cheese filling, cover with lettuce strips and roll up.
- Stick the olives on the toothpicks and fasten the rolls with them so that they do not unroll.
